“I’ve had an unhealthy relationship with food most of my adult life. I love to exercise…but I also love my food. I would exercise throughout the week and eat whatever I wanted. As a single teacher, I was surrounded by junk at work and had zero accountability for what I ate when at home. Like many other women, I tend to eat away my feelings —and I’ve eaten a lot of feelings over the years! My eating habits were completely out of control. I had gained weight, felt gross, lacked confidence and could not snap out of this unhealthy cycle on my own. Then I emailed Betsy. Betsy came up with a detailed plan that taught me exactly what to eat, when to eat and how to eat. As a result, I started losing weight—-without even exercising!!! After a few weeks, I started adding in a few days of interval training. Never have I LOST weight by eating so much and exercising so little! When foot surgery completely immobilized me for several weeks, Betsy adapted my meal plan to help me continue losing weight. Since starting with Betsy, I’ve lost 16 pounds. I could not have done it without her constant support, accountability and encouragement! Thank you, Betsy!!!!!”
