I used Betsy again when I saw my weight creeping up into the 190s. Food logging and keeping myself accountable on portion sizes and increasing protein intake was key as I began to lose ~half a pound per week or so. After a few months, I am currently in the low 180s and feel so much better and more fit thanks to Betsy’s program! I feel so much better and I am officially down 15 pounds. It’s the best thing to work with her for daily accountability and she helps me even when I’m traveling for work or when I have to eat out.
