Two months postpartum, I reached out to Betsy. I had worked with her before my pregnancy and knew she could help me get back to feeling like a strong, confident mama!! What started as a goal to shed the last bit of baby weight quickly turned into a complete lifestyle shift for our household.
Betsy encouraged me to try new recipes, fuel my body with different foods, and move more throughout the day. I ENJOY cooking new meals and experimenting in the kitchen now. —something I never expected I would have time to focus on with a newborn. She showed me that healthy eating doesn’t have to mean bland meals or hours of prep.
This time around, as a 27 year old and a baby in the mix, my goals and routine looked a lot different, and Betsy was there cheering me on every step of the way. We worked together to set my new goals and made it simple but effective.
I lost a total of 12lbs with Betsy!!! Now, heading into my first summer with a baby, I feel stronger – physically and mentally than ever before. Betsy’s program has helped me regain my confidence back postpartum and I am so grateful.
