Hallie- Mom of 2

“I contacted Betsy after I finished running my first half marathon, and felt so frustrated that during my entire training program I didn’t lose one single pound. For so long, I had it all wrong focusing on my exercise and not on my nutrition. I was desperate for some accountability and wanted to create new habits. I felt like I generally knew what healthy foods to eat, but I obviously wasn’t fueling my body correctly. I had gained and lost the same 5 pounds 3-4 times last year, and felt tired every afternoon! She sat down with me and helped walk me through her simple nutritional program. She helped guide me through what combinations of protein, fats, and carbs to eat at each time of the day, and offered so many great on the go snack ideas while running my 2 young boys around. Within a week I had more energy, and my weight was slowly coming off! I am down 11 pounds since April and she has been so encouraging and positive throughout this journey. She has helped me make changes and adjustments when I feel stuck, and provided me with great high interval workouts that I can do at home or at the gym. What I love most is that she’s not selling a “product”, but information and resources that are sustainable to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I have learned so much from her over these last 3 months, and I feel confident that I can lose my last 6 pounds to hit my goal weight!”
