“I began following Betsy on her nutritional consulting website a couple of years ago. Due to my genetic make up, I didn’t have the struggle to lose weight but to maintain a healthy weight. I struggled with issues around food and with the mental energy I spent (and wasted) trying to manage which was robbing me of enjoying life in the moment.
I had a desire for freedom in this arena… so I contacted Betsy. Today I am so thankful I did. She re-framed my mindset and gave me renewed hope. Betsy took my individual needs and created not a diet, but a lifestyle of changes to help me become the healthiest version of myself. Sharing combinations of protein, carbs and fats needed each meal, easy on the go healthy snacks, recipes, and a list of many restaurant menu choices gave me the tools I needed to create new habits and the mental freedom I desired. Beginning is hard, but today I live in victory because her teaching has become my lifestyle.
Betsy is enthusiastic, your greatest cheerleader, a wealth of wisdom, accountability when needed and made the journey fun. I am in my 50’s and anticipating the birth of my 10th grandchild. The changes Betsy encouraged me to make have given me energy and the fuel my body needs to enjoy and treasure each day.”
