I love to eat and hate to exercise, and this lifestyle worked fine for me until I hit my late 30s. Not only were my clothes getting tighter (even my “big” clothes), but I found myself having conversations with my doctor that involved words like “prediabetes” and “high cholesterol.” I knew I had to do something, but also knew that I couldn’t do it alone.
