I began working with Betsy in July of this year after seeing my wife have so much success. Despite my best efforts to stay active and workout regularly this spring’s quarantine took a toll on me. I weighed 198 in mid-May and I hit 177 two weeks ago. I have hit a total of 22 pounds down and feel the best I have felt in a long time!
Working with Betsy has been and continues to be very easy. Honestly, I expected losing weight and developing sustainable eating habits to be harder. I haven’t flipped my lifestyle upside down and I’m not on an all kale and sunflower seed diet either. Balanced nutrition and focus on whole foods has given me a solid and lean foundation.
