I have been on and off just about every diet you can think of. It has been on and off pattern for me for 15 years. This lifestyle had even led to a pattern of binge eating and hiding food around the house.
After having to buy all new jeans in larger sizes in the fall of 2019 you would have thought I would have realized what was happening to me. Add in a hysterectomy with complications in winter of 2020 and not being able to work out for a while, things began to snowball. When Spring of 2020 rolled around, and I had to buy all new shorts, my old ones had been baggy on me the year before, I realized it was time to take control. In my research, I came across Betsy’s website. I am so glad I did.
I have been working with Betsy for a year. It hasn’t been an easy year due to Covid-19 restrictions and I have had a few setbacks but having Betsy on my side has helped me develop healthy habits that I know will stick with me. She held me accountable and taught me how to hold myself accountable. I now make healthier choices daily.
These choices have not only resulted in a 20lb weight loss, but my health has improved, and I have more energy.
