The picture on the left was taken in the summer of 2019. I tried to use exercise as a way to offset my eating habits. At that time I didn’t think I ate too badly but I also had major food guilt almost every time I ate. In January of 2020, I had shoulder surgery and I was unable to exercise, so by March, I was unable to even look at a picture of myself without getting upset. I had already heard of Betsy, in fact, I followed her on Instagram prior to ever working with her. I would read testimonials just like the one I’m currently writing and they inspired me to find the courage to contact Betsy and start to make a change. I am so glad that I did because Betsy has changed my life! For me it didn’t seem like a diet plan….it was a different way of looking at foods and how you eat them. I have also discovered new foods that I love and new ways of cooking simple things like vegetables that taste great! Has anyone else tried Betsy’s carrot fries? Yum! The best part for me is that I know this is something I can maintain. I still get to enjoy some favorite cheat foods and I can now do it without the food guilt! I didn’t realize how much I was weighed down by that. I have recovered from my shoulder surgery and have returned to an active lifestyle and I have more energy to do the things I love. I’m in the best shape of my life and have new confidence in my body. Thank you Betsy for going on this journey with me and being there to guide and support me every step of the way!
