As a working parent of 4 young children, I had put off taking care of my health resulting in gaining a lot of weight. I had no energy and struggled to get through my day without a nap at lunchtime. I had made a few halfhearted attempts to get back in shape but lacked direction and motivation.

Then I was introduced to Betsy through a friend’s testimony of success and decided I could not continue to make excuses for not taking action. Partnering with Betsy has been key to making the changes I needed to get my health back. This is more than reaching a goal number on the scale. She listened to my challenges and worked with me to address the barriers that held me back. She helped me develop a nutrition plan that is uncomplicated and flexible when I needed meals to go. Thanks to her guidance, I have energy to keep up with my busy homelife without getting “hangry” or being controlled by cravings.

Six months later and down 35 pounds, she helped me take the next steps towards my fitness goals too. Betsy developed a plan that I can do at home or on the go with no special equipment or memberships required.
