Great! I wasn’t hungry at all and after watching the scale increase almost every single week for the last several weeks, it finally went down a pound!
Consistency was key for me. I learned my body was essentially in starvation mode since my schedule was always s different from day-to-day. I learned when to eat, how many times to eat, what foods to pair etc. She knows how busy we are and tailored my plan to my life. Lots of healthy on the go stuff!
