“I called Betsy, and after our first meeting, I was hopeful. Everything else I tried…I always felt hungry. I told her Flat out…if I felt hungry, I knew I couldn’t do it. She assured me I wouldn’t feel like I was starving.⁠

The first week, I surprisingly felt⁠
Great! I wasn’t hungry at all and after watching the scale increase almost every single week for the last several weeks, it finally went down a pound!⁠

Consistency was key for me. I learned my body was essentially in starvation mode since my schedule was always s different from day-to-day. I learned when to eat, how many times to eat, what foods to pair etc. She knows how busy we are and tailored my plan to my life. Lots of healthy on the go stuff!⁠

So very thankful I reached out. It certainly was not for my lack of working out! I’ve always been active and love it….but I promise you cannot outrun a bad diet. I’m living proof.”⁠
