Ingredients
- 2 lbs flank steak
- 2 Tbs avocado oil
- 1 Tbs garlic, minced
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 1 orange bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- ½ cup Thai basil leaves (spicier and bolder than regular basil)
- ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbs green onions, for garnish
Directions
- In a large skillet over medium to medium-high heat, add oil, steak, garlic, and onions. Sauté for 3-4 minutes, until steak has browned on the outside.
- Add remaining ingredients, except green onions. Cook for about 7-8 minutes, until peppers are soft.
- Top with green onions.
