Rotisserie Chicken Caesar Lettuce Cups

Whip up this easy 10-minute, high-protein lunch in a flash. Don’t let lunch take a backseat in your busy day, keep your body fueled! Check out the simple recipe below:


Ingredients:​
Shredded meat from 1 rotisserie chicken (or 5 cups cooked chicken)
A light pour of your favorite Caesar dressing (I used Simply Truth Creamy Parmesan Caesar)
½ bag of broccoli slaw mix (chop if needed)
¼ cup slivered almonds​
¼ cup diced green onion​
Salt and pepper to taste​
Romaine lettuce leaves for serving​

Directions:​
Toss chicken with half the dressing in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add remaining ingredients and gently mix.
Serve on romaine lettuce leaves.​
