2 T unsweetened cocoa powder

3 T unsweetened applesauce
¼ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
½ tsp vanilla extract
3 T granulated sugar substitute (like Stevia or monk fruit, as per your preference)
A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
