1 ½ diced avocado
1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
1 T Dijon mustard
¼ cup diced red onion
1 T lemon juice
¼ cup slivered almonds for crunch
Smash your avocado until it is a creamy consistency. Shred your chicken. Chop your red onion. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix.
