Avocado Chicken Salad

1 ½ diced avocado​
1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
1 T Dijon mustard ​
¼ cup diced red onion​
1 T lemon juice​
¼ cup slivered almonds for crunch​

Smash your avocado until it is a creamy consistency. Shred your chicken. Chop your red onion. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix.

Serve it up on a slice of toasted Dave’s Killer bread and enjoy!
