Ingredients
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cups medium salsa
1 tbsp Mrs. Dash no sodium Taco seasoning
1 cup water
2 Tbsp Cilantro
Topping per plate: ¼ avocado or shredded cheese
Directions
- Place chicken in bottom of crockpot. Add water and salsa. Cover with Mrs. Dash taco seasoning. Add Cilantro on top. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours (or on high for 3 hours). When done, shred with a fork and stir.
