Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ cup almond flour
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp Onion powder
- ½ cup panko bread crumbs
- ½ cup almond meal
- ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 eggs beaten
- Sauce
- ½ cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
Directions
- In a shallow bowl, combine flour and salt, garlic, and onion powder. In another bowl combine the bread crumbs, almond meal, and coconut. In the third bowl, add the eggs.
- Dip the shrimp, one at a time, in the flour, then eggs, then the bread crumb mixture.
- Place shrimp in the air fryer basket and heat to 400 degrees.
- Cook until golden and cooked through, about 6 minutes.
- Combine ingredients to make the shrimp sauce.
