4-5 oz salmon filet
Salt and pepper

2-3 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp honey
2-3 T of shelled pistachios (crush them to adhere to salmon)
Directions:
1. Crush the pistachios by chopping them finely.
2. Pat dry the salmon and season it with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
4. Spread the Dijon mustard on the salmon, followed by a drizzle of honey.
5. Sprinkle the crushed pistachios on top and press them onto the salmon to ensure they adhere.
6. Air fry at 400 degrees for 11 minutes, checking to ensure it’s golden brown but not overly browned.
7. Top with a splash of fresh lemon juice and serve over a salad or with your preferred side dishes.
