Air Fryer Pistachio Crusted Halibut

Ingredients

  • Scallops
  • 2, 4 oz halibut fillets
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped unsalted pistachios
  • 1 tsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp panko bread crumbs
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • ⅛ tsp kosher salt
  • ⅛ tsp black pepper
  • 2 lemon wedges

Directions

  1. Lightly rinse each halibut fillet and pat dry with paper towels, then set aside
  2. In a small bowl combine the pistachios, parmesan, bread crumbs, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spray each fillet with olive oil then sprinkle to coat with seasoning mixture.
  4. Place the halibut in air fryer basket without overlapping and air fry at 350 degrees for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Top with a lemon wedge for each halibut fillet
