1 pack of 96/4 lean ground beef
Bag of Birds Eye steamed mixed vegetables
Bag of 90-second whole-grain rice
¼ cup chopped green onion
¼ cup chopped red onion
Liquid aminos or low-sodium soy sauce
Cook ground beef in a skillet. Move beef to the side of the skillet, add the eggs into the pan, and cook. Once cooked, add the microwaved bag of steamed veggies and the cooked whole-grain rice to the skillet. Combine and add in the chopped green and red onions. Once thoroughly heated and combined, drizzle liquid aminos or soy sauce on top.
