Ingredients
Xtreme wellness tortilla (alternative almond flour Siete tortilla)
4 Egg whites
⅛ cup chopped bell peppers
⅛ onion, diced
¼ avocado, sliced
Directions
- Spray a nonstick skillet with avocado oil and heat to medium to medium-high heat. Add peppers and onions to the pan. Let cook for a few minutes, then add egg whites. Slowly stir egg whites and veggie mixture to cook throughout.
- Once eggs are cooked, remove them from heat. Lay the tortilla on a plate, place sliced avocado on the tortilla, and add eggs and veggies on top.
- Reheat pan. Fold up one end of the tortilla then the sides to make a burrito and place on the heated skillet. Heat until lightly browned, remove from heat and enjoy!
