Ingredients
1 single serving (3/4 cup) low fat plain Greek yogurt
2 fresh peaches, halved
1 tbs Splenda brown sugar
¼ tsp cinnamon
10 pecans or pistachios, lightly roasted and chopped
Directions
1. Preheat broiler. Place peaches on baking sheet and sprinkle with Splenda brown sugar. Broil in oven for 5-7 minutes until browned. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
2. Top peaches with yogurt, cinnamon, and chopped pecans.
