1 ½ cup cottage cheese 
⅛ cup crumbled feta 
Trader Joe’s Everything but the bagel seasoning 
 
Slice up the bell peppers. Fill the pepper slices with cottage cheese and sprinkle crumbled feta 
cheese on top. Add the everything but the bagel seasoning if desired. Enjoy!
