Ingredients:
- 3 cups roughly chopped green cabbage
- 2 1/2 cups low sodium vegetable broth
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 3 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 3 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 orange pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons dried sage
- 1 pound cooked ground turkey (or chopped chicken breast)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large stock pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetables are at desired doneness.
