  • 1 cup Roasted butternut squash
  • 6 Walnuts, toasted
  • ½ medium red or granny smith apples, diced
  • 1 cooked beet, diced
  • 4 oz Grilled chicken, chopped
  • Optional: ¼ avocado, diced
  • Choice of light vinaigrette dressing

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and enjoy.
