Ingredients:
- 1 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 1/4 cup blueberries
- Zest of one lemon
- Juice of one lemon
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except blueberries, in a bowl. Add in blueberries and gently fold in. Line a cupcake pan with liners and fill each with equal amounts of the yogurt mixture. Freeze yogurt bites for 4 hours. Allow them to sit at room temperature for 1-2 minutes before serving. Makes 12 bites, enjoy 2 bites per serving.
