1 lb chopped chicken breast (or protein of your choice)
2 mini cucumbers sliced
½ cup bell peppers (I used a red, orange, and yellow medley)
½ cup shredded carrots
½ cup shredded cabbage
¼ cup diced tomato
1 bag of cooked miracle noodles (only 20 calories and 4 grams of carbs for the whole bag)
½ avocado
Sprinkle sesame seeds

Sesame Almond Butter Dressing
1 Tbsp almond butter
2 Tbsp coconut aminos
2 tsp sesame oil
¼ tsp garlic powder
⅛ tsp ginger powder
1 tsp lime juice
½ tsp honey
½ rice vinegar
1-2 tsp water
