- 1/3 cup natural creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Mix together peanut butter and honey in a medium bowl. Stir in vanilla and cinnamon. Add oats and stir until they are well coated. Spread mixture onto parchment paper in an even layer. Bake for 15 minutes, stir mixture, then bake for 15 minutes more. Allow it to cool completely. Store in an airtight container. Perfect to sprinkle on top of plain greek yogurt!
