Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup pure pumpkin (not pie filling)
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 small banana
- 1 cup skim or almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 tablespoons flax seed meal
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ tablespoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
- pinch salt
- ice
Directions:
Blend all ingredients except ice 30-45 seconds until smooth. Add ice and puree until you reach desired consistency. If mixture is too thick, add water slowly until desired consistency is reached. Makes 2 servings.
