Rotisserie Chicken
1 bag “Green Giant” riced veggie cauliflower medley
Coconut aminos or low-sodium soy sauce
½ cup Liquid egg whites
Scramble the liquid egg whites in a frying pan. Pull apart the rotisserie chicken and rinse. Once rinsed, add to the frying pan with scrambled egg whites, frozen riced veggie cauliflower medley, and coconut aminos or low-sodium soy sauce. Cook until all ingredients are done. Feel free to season with salt and pepper for more flavor. Enjoy!
