1 lb chicken breast
½ onion
1 cup diced veggies of your choice (I used bell peppers and zucchini)
1 tsp olive oil
1 packet of Ranch seasoning
Shredded parmesan
Dice chicken, onions, and veggies then add to the air-fryer. Top with olive oil, ranch seasoning and shredded parmesan. Air fry at 400 degrees for just 20 minutes!
Ready to enjoy in no time.
