Golden Home protein ultra-thin pizza crust (I ordered mine on Amazon)
1 smashed avocado
½ chopped tomato
½ chopped red onion
Cut your pizza crust (see video for reference. I used a biscuit cutter to make the circles, but you can use the top of a glass or anything that can cut a perfect circle). Place in a muffin pan and press down. Bake for about 15 minutes at 375. While baking, combine smashed avocado, chopped tomato, and chopped onion in a bowl. Remove cups from oven. Add the appropriate amount of guacamole to each cup and enjoy! 🥑
PRO-TIP: If you’re in a pinch, just add store-bought guacamole to your protein cups.
