1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
½ cup of coconut aminos or low-sodium soy sauce
2 T of Truvia brown sugar
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
Mix coconut aminos, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic. Marinate your steak in the mixture for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Air fry at 400 degrees for 6-10 minutes or until cooked for your preference. Serve them with any veggies and or cauliflower rice and you have dinner for two!
